Ready to publicly declare your faith in Jesus? Join us for Baptism Sunday at River City after the 11:00am service! 

• Baptism is a powerful step of obedience for those who have placed their faith in Jesus. 
• It is an outward declaration of the inward transformation God has done in your life, a public way of saying, “I belong to Jesus.”
• In baptism, we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and celebrate the new life we have in Him. 
• While baptism doesn’t save us, it is a beautiful and important next step for every follower of Jesus.

At River City, Baptism Sundays are some of our favorite moments as a church family as we celebrate stories of life change and people boldly taking their next step in faith.

Whether you recently gave your life to Jesus or have been following Him for years and have never been baptized, we would love to celebrate this moment with you.

Here’s what to expect:

• Baptisms take place after the 11:00am service.

• After service, head to the back patio area where our Baptism Team will help get you checked in and prepared.

• Bring a change of clothes and a towel.

• We encourage you to invite your friends and family to celebrate with you!

• You’ll also have the opportunity to briefly share your story and why you’ve chosen to follow Jesus and publicly declare Him as Lord.
